FAQ (READ BEFORE CONTACTING)

▶️"Has my order shipped?"
You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships!

We are shipping out orders in batches over the course of 2-3 weeks (because we are like 2-3 people and can only take so many orders to the post office at a time), so please be patient! Thank you!

▶️ "What are you using to ship?"

US orders are being shipped with USPS and international orders are being shipped with Asendia.


▶️"I want to change my address/name/email!"

Once you receive your tracking number, we can no longer change anything about your order. You will have to contact the shipping company directly, and we cannot guarantee that they'll be able to update your information. 

Send us a contact form with your order number and new information, and we'll update it for you if we haven't shipped your order yet, but we cannot guarantee the changes will be made before your package is shipped out.

▶️"I want to change the contents of my order!"
Sorry, now that the pre-order period is over we are unable to change the contents of your order. 

▶️"Can I post my order number publically?"
No. Don't do that.

▶️"Are the CIRCUS CLASSICS remastered in any way?"
No, these are reprints. The packaging, art, and music content will be the same as previous physical runs (with the exception of "Five" which will get a new jewel case, but the CD contents are the same).

▶️"Do the exclusive prints come with the CIRCUS CLASSICS?"
The exclusive prints are add-on bonuses for bundling a CIRCUS CLASSIC with CMYK. If you only buy a CIRCUS CLASSIC (Lucid, Five, or 715) on its own, it will not come with the exclusive print. To get the exclusive print, add a CIRCUS CLASSIC as an add-on via the dropdowns from an order of CMYK. 

▶️"Can I just get the merch on its own?"
No, sorry.

▶️"Will there be leftovers?"
Don't count on it. 

▶️"I don't own a CD player...."
The albums come with bandcamp download codes, so you can listen to them digitally.
